Frequently Asked Question

Do I have to register an account to order from Time4Printing?

No, an account is not required. Accounts are for your convenience only. We keep track of each and every order either way. Signing up for an account gives you the opportunity to see what you have ordered, check status of a job, re-order, keep track of uploaded images, and we auto fill the forms with your account information when logged in.

How do you print great quality products for such a low price?

We print thousands of products a day. The more we print, the easier it is to pass on savings to our customers. We exceed the quality of most other printers and those we don't exceed we match. We do not print any lower quality products because we feel that wouldn't be good service to our customers. Other companies may have lower prices on some products because they use much lower quality in the paper weight, ink and coating of their products. Why would you give something to your customers, that represent you or your company, that feels or looks cheap? We won't!

Can I come pick up my products?

Our printing warehouses are not open to the public so we can not allow product pick-up's at this time.

Can I break up 5000 business cards into 5 different designs?

We do not interrupt production with multiple designs. Each order has one design assigned to it and is printed 100 up at a time. The reason why we give discounts for greater quantity is because the design only has to be set once.

Do you combine all products ordered into one box or are they all shipped separately?

We do not create custom box's, every order is sent in a separate box created specifically for best shipping rates with UPS.

Can I use my own UPS shipping information?

Unfortunately all products being shipped are with our shipping account only.

What does DPI stand for?

Dots per inch (DPI) is a measure of spatial printing or video resolution, in particular the number of individual dots or pixels within the span of one linear inch (2.54 cm).

What does CMYK stand for?

CMYK is short for cyan, magenta, yellow, and key (black). This is often referred to as the process color or four color and is a subtractive color model, used in color printing. We require all finished design to be printed in this color format.

What is Bleed and do I need to use it for my finished designs?

Bleed is a printing term that refers to printing that goes beyond the edge of the sheet after trimming. The bleed is the part on the side of your document that gives the printer that small amount of space to move around paper and design inconsistencies. We require 1/16" bleed on all finished designs uploaded or emailed to us. For example if you wanted to send in a finished business card design the final file size would be 2.125" by 3.625" when the actual card size printed will be 2" by 3.5".
